• a las + hour = at + time (Llego a las ocho.)

• durante la hora punta (ES) / durante la hora pico (LATAM) = during rush hour

Translation: In the morning, I leave home at 7:30. I go by subway and transfer at the central station. It takes me around thirty minutes to get to the office. In the afternoon, sometimes I go on foot if the weather is good.
